Why is this important? Because when buying photos online, you can't get a
refund simply because you don't like the photos. This is because
unscrupulous customers can copy them before returning the disc...as has
happened in the past.
Faulty discs WILL be exchanged however as part of our first class
service. Simply return the disc, stating the fault. See
Terms.
Your discs will be posted 1st Class Post in the next available post after
receiving your payment. Usually you will receive your disc/s the next day if
ordering before 4pm, barring weekends; bank holidays etc.
