– The home of the ‘National
Tramway Museum’ celebrated its
50th anniversary this year and my chief photographer Bill,
pictured below, was there as a member of the museum. Bill took his family
for a wonderful day out and of course took a fantastic (as usual) set of
photos. This special day meant that there were far more “running trams”
than usual, so you have many rare sights of trams that are normally
parked in the tram shed!
I was busy this day
but Bill did me proud by delivering a great set of 117 photos of the
event! If you are in any way interested in restored trams then this set
alone is worth more than the asking price.
In addition to the
anniversary set there is another folder containing 137 photos from Bill’s
previous visit to Crich. These are brand new sets never before seen and
